All our cordless phones have unmatched
performance compared to commercial phones (like DECT phones or similar) with
small base antenna witch can be replaced with optional external antenna for
extended range.
How to
determine possible range for your installation?
Many factors affect performance and range of
cordless telephones. In urban areas there are factors that decrease range of
signal, like tall buildings, EM congestion, concrete walls, and similar. The
range that we indicated in products descriptions are realistic estimation
for most urban areas and max. range indicates an estimate depending on these
factors.
In open space range extends in some cases
even 50% from specified max. range. Perfect conditions for maximal range
would be: optical visibility, nature, outdoors, lake or sea, desert,
countryside or similar. Natural obstructions like hills or woods would not
affect signal too much.
Another factor that determines your range
greatly is a position of your antenna. External antenna installed on a high
spot that dominates the area would be perfect.
Products performance and
range :
It is 21st Century and youd expect that your new cordless phone has more range than your grandmothers. Only Senao/Alcon cordless technology feels like 21st Century. Nothing compares. No other phone has reliability and range of original Senao/Alcon devices.

Please be aware that large quantities of Senao/Alcon product clones/fakes have flooded the world market. Make no mistake, they are cheap imitations made available through various media outlets such as technology magazines, familiar auction and e-commerce web sites. Take care by asking yourself some simple questions when viewing the advertisement. Is the pricing unreasonably low compared to the real product? Where is it made? What is the model number? Real products are made in R.O.C Taiwan and contain the model such as SN358. Clones are often made in CHINA, but is not always in the model phone info details.
The Clones/fakes products are with more accessible prices, but they are mono-channel devices with low quality parts and it is in possible to be repaired . The biggest clue is the price. Authorized dealers and distributors ARE prepared to stand by and support the products they sell to you. Cloned products is NOT POSSIBLE be supported.
Unfortunately, more and more buyers are unknowingly falling victim to these false/fake products. They are then subjected to substandard equipment, which either malfunction, by poor quality components that overheat or fail after little or no use - the hazardous and legal implications are endless. The lifetime of a cloned/fake product average around 3 weeks to 6 months. You would be throwing your money and time away !
